How to get in
Open the address
On your phone, go to mio.renny.club.
Enter your email
Or your phone number: the ones you gave us when you got your membership card.
Enter the code
We send it to you. Enter it in the app, and you're in.
If needed, pick your name
When someone else uses the same email, the app asks you «Who are you?».
What you'll find
- Your card. It opens even when there's no signal in the room.
- Courses and bookings. What you've signed up for, and when.
- The calendar. Everything happening at the Renny.
- Sign-ups. Choose and pay from your phone.
- Food at the bar. Book them before you come, and pay at the desk.
- Receipts and credit. What you've paid, and what you have left.
- Certificate and rules. Upload and sign them from there.
Questions
What if two of us share the email?
That works. The code goes to your shared inbox, then the app asks «Who are you?»: each of you taps your own name and sees your own profile.
Whoever comes in second can give their own email. If they don't have one, they tap «I don't have another one» and carry on.
Do I have to download it?
No, it isn't in the app stores. It works in your browser, and you can add it to your phone like an app.
iPhone: open the page in Safari, tap Share, then «Add to Home Screen».
Android: from the browser menu, «Install app» or «Add to Home screen».
What if I don't have a card?
On the sign-in page tap «New here? Become a member»: you can get it right from the app.

I can't get in
Check your spam folder too: the code may end up there. You may have given us a different email or number. If you're still stuck, write to info@renny.club or ask at the desk.
