What it is
A journey through movement and the freedom to express yourself, for anyone who wants to discover or rediscover the pleasure of dancing.
A style of crossovers
Danza Orientale meets Arabic flamenco, gipsy dances, ethnic and contemporary.
Open to everyone
You work on gesture, fluidity and awareness of movement. You don't have to be a dancer already.
Who runs it
Sara Giacomelli
Danza Orientale teacher
She comes from ballet and modern dance, and since 2007 she has studied Arabic expressive dance: from there many oriental styles, and then flamenco and folk dances. She has been a mime and dancer at the Maggio Musicale Fiorentino, and to the Renny she brings a free, blended kind of dance.
