What it is
A discipline born in the circus world, blending acrobatics, dance and movement. You climb the silks and discover a dimension of the body that doesn't exist on the ground.
You don't have to be an acrobat
Physical conditioning builds up class after class: strength, coordination, mobility, control. You start from where you are.
Adults and kids
There's a course for adults and one for kids, building strength, coordination and balance by playing with movement and space.

To be there
The taster class is free and you book it through the form: places are limited. After that you continue with the membership card.
