Do you need experience for aerial silks or aerial hoop?

No. The courses are open to everyone and to all ages: you don't have to be an acrobat already, because strength, mobility and control are built class after class. For Aerial Silks there's a slot for beginners and one for those with experience.

Are there aerial silks courses for kids?

Yes: Aerial Silks Kids is for children from 6 to 12. Their times are right here above, together with the adult ones.
