A spectacular, absorbing discipline born in the circus world, bringing together acrobatics, dance and movement. You climb the silks, you learn to use your body in space and you discover a new dimension of movement. You don't need to be an acrobat already: physical preparation is built up step by step, working on strength, coordination, mobility and control. There's a course for adults and one for children, which develops strength, coordination and balance by playing with movement and space.

A course dedicated to one of the most fascinating pieces of aerial acrobatics: the hoop, which comes from China. It brings together acrobatics, movement and dance, and you learn aerial shapes, positions and sequences step by step. It's a complete workout — strength, flexibility, coordination, control — but it isn't only physical: being in the hoop also means going past your own limits and gaining confidence in your body.
